get to know us better

 We grew up living right down the street from each other. Our Mom's are sisters, and our Dad's are brothers. I guess that really makes us double first cousins, and is probably why we are so much alike! We share the same taste in practically everything. We've even been known to finish each others thoughts and sentences. Scary, huh?!

We began scrapbooking about 6 years ago, and it has quickly turned into a great passion for us! We started out scrapping on a dining room table with very few supplies, and it quickly grew into converting a spare bedroom at Amy's house into what we now call “our little slice of heaven”. We LOVE spending time in our scraproom, whether we are scrapping, or just hanging out. We spend a great deal of time organizing and reorganizing our supplies. We are both huge “ribbon junkies”, and our ever growing ribbon supply was getting way past out of control. So, a few years ago during one of our many “reorganization nights”, we came up with what we consider to be the perfect ribbon storage. We call it “The Ultimate Ribbon Organizer”.

It's made using the Cropper Hopper Embellishment box & Mini-embellishment boxes and holds 90 different types of ribbon. It was the best idea we've ever found to store large amounts of ribbon in a small space. Plus, it's completely portable! We first posted the idea back in January(2005) on twopeasinabucket.com and we were also featured in the November 2005 issue of Creating Keepsakes magazine! It was very exciting!! A few years ago, we began to sell our paper piecings on ebay, with much success. It's all been so much fun for us!! When we are not scrapping , we can be found hanging out with our sweeties and our puppies. Neither of us have kids, so our doggies are our babies!!
